Shipping & Returns

In stock items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. For custom orders, please allow 2 weeks to ship. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way. 

Please note anything custom embroidered are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Any other orders are available for exchanges, but the customer will be required to cover the cost of the shipping. Any sale items are FINAL SALE.

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages. Please ensure you delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. 

You may exchange full priced items within 14 days of receiving your product as long as items are unused and in the same condition as received. If you want to do an exchange, the customer is responsible to cover the shipping costs associated. Original or additional shipping costs paid by customer will not be refunded. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us and we can handle a replacement for you.
